Jacpot168 is more than an online gaming platform. We are a Malaysian player community built on trust, safety, and an enjoyable gaming experience — every day, all the time.
Jacpot168 started from one simple question: why couldn't Malaysian players enjoy a world-class casino experience from the comfort of their own homes? That question drove the founding of jacpot168 in 2018 — with a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to quality.
In the early days, we offered only a few hundred slot games from leading providers. But the response from the Malaysian player community drove us to keep growing. Within two years, jacpot168 had added live casino, table games and fish shooting games to our collection.
Today, jacpot168 serves over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia. We are proud of our consistent track record — timely winnings payouts, responsive customer service and a platform that is always updated with the latest games.
Our journey has not always been easy. We faced technical challenges, market challenges and the challenge of building user trust. But every one of those challenges has made jacpot168 stronger — and more committed to delivering the best for our players.
The platform launched with 200 slot games from 10 leading providers, with an early focus on a smooth user experience and fast deposits.
Partnerships with Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming allow us to bring live casino tables with real dealers to Malaysian players.
Even amid a challenging global climate, jacpot168 recorded rapid growth and reached the milestone of 100,000 registered members.

Jacpot168 is committed to keeping gaming fun and in control. We provide the following tools for all players:
One of the things we are most proud of at jacpot168 is the relationship we have built with the Malaysian player community. Unlike platforms that treat players purely as a revenue source, we see every member as a long-term partner who deserves the best possible experience.
This is reflected in how we run the jacpot168 VIP program. Our loyal players enjoy exclusive benefits such as faster withdrawal processing, personalised bonuses, early access to new games and a dedicated account manager reachable directly. Your loyalty to us is rewarded in real, tangible ways — not empty promises.
Community feedback is at the heart of how we grow. Every suggestion, complaint and compliment we receive through our support channels is read and acted upon by the jacpot168 management team. Some of the platform's best features today — including game filter options, dark mode and more flexible betting limit controls — were born from our players' own suggestions.
We also understand that Malaysian players have unique needs compared to other markets. That is why jacpot168 invests heavily in ensuring the platform interface is available in natural, accurate Bahasa Melayu, Malay-language customer support, and the most popular local payment methods in Malaysia.
Jacpot168's journey is far from over. We have big plans for the years ahead — more games, more innovation and more ways to deliver value to our player community. If you have not yet joined the jacpot168 community, we invite you to do so today. We are confident you will not be disappointed.
